The Last Word
The Last Word was a blog within the Historical sub-section of The Residents official website authored by the site's webmaster Big Brother (aka Will Rothers) between 2007 and 2010.
For The Last Word, Rothers usually wrote short essays ostensibly featuring his "final comments" on subjects relating to Residents history. Eleven blog posts were published through The Last Word during the website's original era, when it was primarily formatted as a news blog (also authored by Rothers).
Most active from its genesis in 2007 through mid 2008, The Last Word was last updated in February 2010, and was ultimately removed from The Residents' website following a major redesign in September 2011.
