Residents.com news was the news section of The Residents' official website, Residents.com, maintained by Big Brother of The Cryptic Corporation beginning in September 2010 and concluding in September 2014.
As social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter became more widely used by the group, The Residents' news updates during this period were more often premiered on either of those services, usually Facebook.

May 13 - Ralph eBay Outlet - Codgers on the Moon
- Miles has confirmed the rumor that Mr. Bobuck's somewhat mysterious CD will be available on May 13. He said that Packing Goblin is working on ideas for a live event for that day, which will likely result in the usual chaos. The project (which includes extensive web-based liner notes) has been described as "personal, insightful, controversial."

- "How many are being made?" 500 initial pressing, around 25 being held by Cryptic.
- "Is it a CD or a CDR?" CD
- "What is the packaging?" Same form as River of Hades. Six panel, color.
- "Is the web site available to the public or only to people who have the CD?" Like any LP, the public can read the liner notes without purchasing the product. The web site will be public.
- "Will the web site be updated or changed?" No the web site as currently planned will be locked to the CD. At this time it is unknown whether future Bobuck CD's will add to the web site or have a different web site ( or have no web site at all).
Codgers on the Moon release delayed
- The delay should be less than a week. There will be plenty of announcements when it is available. However it will not arrive with a party. The free web site is still launching on Sunday as originally scheduled.

- Half of Charles Bobuck's new project is now live: the Codgers on the Moon web site. The CD is due for release this week.

- As previously announced, MVD will be releasing the next albums from the Classic series on vinyl and CD in September.
