Residents.com XML feed, November 2016
Between September 2014 and December 2016, The Residents' official website, Residents.com, posted news updates via an XML feed embedded on the website.
Although the vast majority of posts to this feed are not known to have been archived, a handful of posts from the last four months of the XML feed have been preserved in a "testing environment" version of News Machine, the news blog which would replace the XML feed (and the preceding BOG) in January 2017.

13th Anniversary Live in Holland limited vinyl release

Secret Records (the folks who brought you the wonderful vinyl editions of Snakefinger's Live In Melbourne and Renaldo & The Loaf's Behind Closed Curtains) are at it again, this time with another familiar Ralph Records artist... The Residents!
Coming to vinyl for the first time is The 13th Anniversary Tour Live In Holland. This was only available on CD from Torso, so if you have it you know how great it is. If you don't have it, here's a chance to hear what everyone's been crowing about. It will be a limited edition double LP pressed in fancy weirdo colors, and will include unpublished photos from deep in the Cryptic Corporation archives.
The project is being funded by pre-orders for a May release date. Though there may be some unclaimed copies in May, you'll best be served by securing a copy now.

Double Trouble promo video, crowdfunding

A couple of days ago, this video quietly showed up on YouTube: Junior's Double Trouble Nightmare
And today more details have been released, including a sale to raise funds for the project. The heart of the sale are signed and numbered copies of the Sculpt soundtrack CD. Only 50 are available, so (say it with me) Buy or Die!
