The Residents Blog, March 2010
The Residents' Blog was a news blog maintained by Big Brother of The Cryptic Corporation beginning in August 2003 (originally titled The Residents' Official News Blog and Website Wrapper, then The Residents' Official News BOG and later Official News Blog).
The BOG became the Cryptics' (and thus, The Residents') main outlet for communication with their fans until the website's redesign early in this month. At this point (at least according to the website's header after the redesign) the blog was simply called The Residents Blog.

UK ATP to be edited show

- Talking Light will literally become Talking “Lite” for the only UK show (on the spring tour) as the show will have to be pared down to 60 minutes from its usual 110. This is because seven acts will be crammed onto the stage that day in the usual chaotic festival format. A suspected victim could even be the iconic piece, “Talking Light” which sets the mood for the show’s outlook on aging and death. Festival goers are likely to not really care so I suppose it doesn’t matter.

- Word is that a Talking Light CD is coming. It is recorded LIVE but is not from any current RSD recordings. It is from the Santa Cruz rehearsal the day before the tour started.
- Also it is a collection of “songs” and does not include the stories (it is only 1 CD).
- And the clincher. It will be available only at the merchandise stand at European shows in April and May.
