Residents.com news, June 2011
Residents.com news was the news section of The Residents' official website, Residents.com, maintained by Big Brother of The Cryptic Corporation beginning in September 2010 and concluding in September 2014.
As social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter became more widely used by the group, The Residents' news updates during this period were more often premiered on either of those services, usually Facebook.
In the early months of 2011, a minor format change was instituted to this news section, with dates being briefly added to the "news headlines", and the news section's heading changed from "Residents Headline News" to simply "Residents News".
This page collects two posts made to this news section in June 2011, as archived on archive.org, transcribed to this wiki by a Mysterious Spanish Lady. Both posts from this month had been removed from the news section by May 27th.

- End of the Road for Ten Talking Light Live RSD titles
- Ten TL shows will be pulled from RSD at the end of June. The shows either were not very popular to begin with or so popular that everyone who wants them already bought them.
- Some smart soul suggested putting them on sale before pulling them off the server, so I will do that.
- The following shows will be available for $5.99 until the end of the month or until stock runs out.

- The music used for the TL tour walk-in music is now widely available as an on-demand title. This version includes the additional 9 minutes found on the touring version. The cover is slightly altered for this version.

- Talking Light BIMBO'S 2xCD to start shipping early July
- The ultimate recording of Talking Light captured live at Bimbo's on April 16th will be making its way into the hands of people who donated to the 3D video shoot. The 24track recording was mixed by the group and has not been edited: 110 minutes of Talking Light's final touring performance goodness.
