Residents Headline News, October 2010
The Residents News and Chat Room (or Residents Headline News) was the news section of The Residents' official website, residents.com, maintained by Big Brother of The Cryptic Corporation beginning in September 2010.
As social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter became more widely used by the group, The Residents' news updates during this period were more often premiered on either of those services, usually Facebook.
This page collects posts made to this news section in or around October 2010, as archived on archive.org, transcribed to this wiki by a Mysterious Spanish Lady. In this month, a live recording of the track "Talking Light" was released to the news section as an "enticement" to fans to attend The Residents' Talking Light tour.
