Residents.com news was the news section of The Residents' official website, Residents.com, maintained by Big Brother of The Cryptic Corporation beginning in September 2010 and concluding in September 2014.
As social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter became more widely used by the group, The Residents' news updates during this period were more often premiered on either of those services, usually Facebook.

NIGHT TRAIN TO NOWHERE photo book announced
- Ralph eBay Outlet is at it again. This time they have a book of Talking Light photos called Night Train to Nowhere.
- The book is similar to one that was offered to people who donated to the Bimbo's video shoot last April. This version will be offered in three styles, two have a bonus CD of very early Talking Light stories when the ideas were first being formulated:
- °Super Deluxe - Hardback w/CD - 26 pages/signed and numbered - $100
- °Deluxe - Softbound w/CD - 26 pages/unsigned - $60
- °Regular - Softbound (no CD) - 20 pages/unsigned - $40
- The runs are limited to the number that are sold (manufacturing based on need). More information coming soon.
- Books are 8.5 x 11 inches

More Vinyl releases planned for 2012
- MVD and Cryptic have agreed to release more of the Classic early albums on vinyl in 2012. Fingerprince and The Third Reich N Roll are scheduled for May with other titles to follow in the Fall. CD's will also be released.
