On January 1st 2023, The Mysterious Spanish Ladies introduced a comic strip feature on the home page of Meet The Residents Wiki, premiering two Residents-inspired comic strips created by members of The Ladies, Mole Hill (by "Kula Kirby", aka "Sister Susan") and The Negative Zone (by "Una Misteriosa", head graphic designer of the wiki).

On February 14th 2023, artist "dare" joined the wiki's roster of comix creators, commencing a series of special one-off strips depicting "slice of life" situations from various parts of the Residents canon. A third ongoing strip by The Ladies and Co., titled Believe It or Die!, premiered July 16th 2023.

Mole Hill entered hiatus on January 17th with the conclusion of its first "season"; a new strip by "Kula Kirby" and The Mysterious Spanish Ladies titled The Berry Boy Bros. premiered on January 29th 2024 (the wiki's seventh birthday). Mole Hill returned from hiatus on May 1st 2024, with the beginning of its second season. In June, The Mysterious Spanish Ladies announced that the comic strip feature as a whole would be entering an indefinite hiatus at the end of the month.
