In 2008, The Residents released their Bunny Boy multi-media project, including two studio albums, The Bunny Boy and Postcards From Patmos, a video series, and the group's first tour in three years.

Also, this year, Czech experimental rock group FPB released their covers of 'The Spot' & 'Santa Dog.' FPB was an early formation of Už Jsme Doma, who would work with The Residents on multiple occasions.
