Hiya! I'm Jay, or J., or Lady J., or Jacques, or whatever nom de plume tickles you most really - an obsessive fan of The Residents since the mid-2000s, hailing from the bottom of the bottom of the world. I have been a member of the unofficial Residents fan group The Mysterious Spanish Ladies since shortly after our informal foundation in early January 2017 (although the name was officially adopted on Halloween 2021).
I founded RZWiki (originally Meet The Residents Wiki) on January 29th 2017 on Wikia as a personal passion project, as I felt that The Residents were possibly the group most deserving of a sprawling, labyrinthine hyper-text resource, and figured I should put up or shut up. Now you have probably noticed I can't ever seem to shut up at all. Sorry.
Since May 2021, I have shared administrator duties of RZWiki with the fabulous Ms. Doop. Since the wiki's migration to an independent host in December 2025, I have shared sysop duties with the brilliant and talented Natios. Aside from RZWiki, my work can also be seen on the unofficial Longmont Potion Castle wiki, Talkin' Whipapedia (which I contribute to, but am not the founder of).
With the invaluable assistance of my fellow Mysterious Spanish Ladies and our beloved contributors, RZWiki has rapidly expanded to become arguably the most comprehensive free (and unofficial, and possibly even erroneous) online resource on The Residents active today.
