Liquid Television

From RZWiki

Liquid Television was an animation showcase program produced by MTV Animation, which aired on MTV between June 1991 and January 1995. It served as a launching point for a number of high-profile animated programs in the 1990s, including Beavis and Butt-Head and Æon Flux.

The bulk of the material featured on Liquid Television was created by independent animators and artists specially for the show, and some previously produced segments were compiled from festivals such as Spike and Mike's Festival of Animation. Due to the extensive use of licensed music throughout the series, full episodes of Liquid Television have not been aired since their original run.

A series of animated shorts, "The Adventures of Thomas and Nardo" (created by Mark Beyer), featuring original soundtrack music by The Residents, aired in the second season of the program.
