Graphical History and Text is a promotional CD-ROM by The Residents, released in February 1999 by Euro Ralph to promote the group's 25th anniversary, their recently released album Wormwood, and their tour in support of the album.
The disc (likely a CD-R) was designed for use on both Mac and PC, and contains high resolution art and photographs in EPS, PCT, PSD and TIFF formats for use by print shops and the media, a Macromedia promotional video for The Residents' 1995 CD-ROM game Bad Day on the Midway, and three text files in RTF format; an official biography of the group in English, "The History of The Residents" by Uncle Willie, and a file featuring information on Wormwood in German by Euro Ralph's operator Guido Randzio.
As it was a promotional item, the disc has never seen wide release and remains little known. Despite this, it is the last known CD-ROM release from The Residents to date.
