Alessandro Pizzin, also known as Alieno de Bootes, is an Italian musician active since the 1970s. The first noted release credited to Alieno de Bootes was the album Il Secondo Orizzonte Dell'Universo, released digitally in 2017.
Since 2022, de Bootes has released a series of Residents cover albums titled Unconventional Residents through Austrian label Klanggalerie, as part of the limited edition TOOK series (co-founded by Klanggalerie owner Walter Robotka with the late Hardy Fox, formerly of The Cryptic Corporation).
