T.E.C. Tones was an American independent record label founded in 1989 by Tom Timony, after The Cryptic Corporation turned over Ralph Records to him. It operated from Ralph's former headquarters at 109 Minna Street.

T.E.C. Tones distributed many former Ralph artists as well as new releases by other, similar contemporary artists, including Negativland, Half Japanese, Freshly Wrapped Candies and The Stinky Puffs (featuring Timony's stepson Simon).

In 1999, T.E.C. Tones became Esoteric Music Group, and from that point new releases were mostly limited to reissues of old Ralph releases. Esoteric Music Group closed its doors in 2001.
